Ezer Avraham Klein's Plaque on Mount Herzl

On the southwestern slopes of Mount Herzl, and overlooking Ein Kerem (here on Google Map) this plaque was sited. It is in memory of Mr. Ezer Avraham Klein, and Tova Klein "of the Goldbergers."
